Chain plan · 2 to 20 clinics
Dental software for multi-clinic dental chains
One account for every branch: patients with a home branch, chairs per branch, a branch filter on the day view, branch-by-branch reports, one lab-case list, one inventory with purchase orders, one audit log and a REST API for your own dashboards. ₹5,999 a month for the first clinic and ₹1,999 for each one after it.
What a chain gets on one account
Branch reports
For any month: new patients, appointments and no-shows, production and collections per branch, next to production by dentist, top procedures, plan acceptance, recall conversion and lab turnaround for the group.
Unlimited chairs and users
Chairs belong to a branch and the day view filters by branch. Patients carry a home branch. No per-chair or per-user fee on the Chain plan.
Roles and audit log
Owner, admin, staff and viewer roles, and an audit trail of creates, edits, deletions, plan approvals, payments and image downloads with user, time and IP.
Central lab-case view
Every crown, bridge and aligner case across branches in one list with due dates and overdue flags, and a monthly lab-bill reconciliation per lab.
One inventory, with purchase orders
Reorder levels, expiry dates, purchase orders received into stock and consumables deducted per procedure, on one shared stock list for the group.
REST API and FHIR export
JSON API for patients, appointments, plans, lab cases and imaging so a group can feed its own BI, plus a FHIR R4 export per patient for ABDM-style record sharing.

How does a chain move across?
Branch by branch, so no clinic switches until its own numbers are right. For each branch our team imports a sample, sends a reconciliation report of patient counts and outstanding balances for the branch manager to sign off, runs the full import and keeps the old system open for a parallel week. A three-branch group usually completes in one to two weeks. The migration page explains each step.
Who else positions for groups?
Cliniify publishes audience pages for multi-chair and multi-location clinics, and Denticon (Planet DDS) sells to dental groups and DSOs in the US. Based on public information as of October 2026; check with the vendor. Dental Software India is built for Indian groups of two to twenty clinics that bill in rupees with GST and UPI and run on visiting consultants and outside labs.
Data protection for a group
Patient data is hosted in India. The group, as data fiduciary under the DPDP Act 2023, decides who has access; we act as processor under our terms, with role-based access, an audit log, encrypted backups and a fixed retention table. Read security and data retention and the DPDP Act checklist for dental clinics.
Dental chain questions
How is a dental chain priced?
The Chain plan is ₹5,999 a month for the first clinic with unlimited chairs and users, plus ₹1,999 a month for each additional clinic, all plus 18% GST. A three-clinic chain pays ₹9,997 a month before GST. There is no setup fee and no annual lock-in.
Can I see reports for each branch?
Yes. Reports show new patients, appointments, no-shows, production and collections per branch for any month, alongside the clinic-wide figures. Patients carry a home branch and chairs belong to a branch, and the day view can be filtered by branch.
Can staff be limited to their own branch?
Partly. Users can be tagged to a branch, which sets the default branch for the patients they register. Access is not yet restricted by branch: an admin or staff user can open records from every branch of the account. Branch-restricted roles are planned.
Is inventory kept per branch?
Not yet. The account has one shared stock list with reorder levels, expiry dates, purchase orders and per-procedure consumption. Separate stock per branch and transfers between branches are planned.
How do you migrate several branches?
Branch by branch, usually over one to two weeks: a sample import and reconciliation report per branch, then a go-live with a parallel week for each, so no branch switches until its own numbers are signed off.
Is there an API for our own dashboards?
Yes. The Chain plan includes the REST API (JSON) for patients, appointments, treatment plans, lab cases and imaging, so a group can feed its own BI tool. FHIR R4 export per patient is also available.
